The blind will mount fully inside the window frame, ensuring a flush inside mount. However, it does not include return/side pieces for the Valance, as the Valance is flat cut - not mitered/45-degree angle cut. Consequently, the return side pieces will not fit or attach to the flat cut Valance. To accommodate this mounting option, your window frame must have a minimum depth of 3 1/8 inches.

To ensure the mobility of the blinds within the window frame and to allow space for the mounting brackets, our team will deduct 1/2 inch from the width ordered. For example, if you order blinds that are 34 inches wide, they will arrive at exactly 33 1/2 inches wide.

To properly measure for the blinds, follow these steps: 1) Ensure that you have a flat mounting depth of at least 3 1/8 inches inside your window frame for a fully flush installation. 2) Measure the width in three places: top, middle, and bottom, and use the narrowest width when ordering. 3) Round down to the nearest 1/2 inch when selecting the width size. 4) Keep in mind that your blind will arrive with a 1/2 inch deduction, so if you choose 34 1/2 inches wide, the blinds will arrive at 34 inches wide.
